Oops... we got it wrong! 28th July 2026 The recent Tenancy Changes letter incorrectly states that the right to request permission to keep a pet will come into force on 1 August 2026.
This date is incorrect. The provision will come into force at a later date, which is yet to be confirmed by the Scottish Government.
We apologise for any confusion caused.
