Spire View wants to provide a high quality repairs service and we carry out a monthly tenant satisfaction survey to ensure that our contractors are performing well and that we are meeting our targets. Each month, 10% of tenants who have reported a repair are contacted and asked a series of questions which allows us to evaluate our performance. For instance, we will ask if you found it easy to report a repair, how satisfied you were with the quality of the work carried out and how helpful you found the association staff.
We very much appreciate the time tenants take to assist us with the satisfaction survey and the responses you give help us to identify and resolve any issues promptly. We will ensure the results of the surveys are available to tenants and agencies via this website and in our quarterly newsletter.
