Spire View Housing Association is committed to ensuring the houses we have improved and built are maintained to the very highest standard and remain sustainable and desirable. In order to achieve these aims, we have a very thorough and comprehensive planned maintenance programme in place. This programme covers things such as kitchen/bathroom replacements, close redecoration and renewal of central heating boilers etc.

Over the past couple of years, we have carried out a significant amount of work and spent quite a bit of money. In particular we have replaced kitchens, boilers and bathrooms in a number of properties, carried out full electrical checks, serviced door entry systems and painted all our closes.
