Applying for a home
Anyone age 16 years or over can apply for a property with the Association.
To apply for one of our properties you must submit an application form with supporting documentation. These are available at the office or online at the downloads section of this website. Alternatively you can contact us and request one be mailed out to you.

Properties for Rent
The association has a housing waiting list which is open to everyone age 16 years and older. We let all of our properties in accordance with our allocation policy. Properties are let according to applicant’s individual circumstances and housing need.
Applicants are offered housing in order of the highest housing need points for each property type and area. The only exception is where the property has been specially designed or adapted for someone with particular needs.
If you wish to stay in the local area and would like to advertise for a mutual exchange please let us know. We can advertise this on our information board in reception or on the website.
Other Housing Options
The housing options available to you depend on your current circumstances. You may consider renting a home from a registered social landlord, renting from a private landlord, securing a mortgage to buy a home outright or to buy a shared ownership property.
