Spire View Housing Association offers houses for rent that are amongst the best in our sector. Not only do we offer a full range of houses and flats but we are located just 10 minutes walk from Glasgow City Centre and close to all other amenities. Therefore, Spire View offers our tenants the opportunity to live in a first class home within an area which has strong community bonds.
Membership
As the Association has strong community values, we encourage all tenants to become life members of the organisation for a cost of £1.00. This gives every tenant the opportunity to participate in and influence the Association and it’s activites. In particular members of Spire View can attend public meetings and the AGM and vote on any issues where necessary. Members can also stand for election onto the Association’s management committee.
