It is extremely important to the Association that we listen to our tenants and applicants to enable us to provide the best possible service that we can, particularly when it comes to letting our properties. To assist in this process, we carry out a review of our Allocation Policy every three years and through consultation with our tenants and applicants, make any relevant changes which would improve our existing policy.
We have recently carried out a thorough review of our Allocation Policy. Due to the great success of our current policy which tenants and applicants are happy with, we only had to make minor changes.
